Rates are quoted as Sun-Thurs* OR Fri/Sat/Holiday/Peak Season** All rates are based on double occupancy. Please add $25 for each extra person. Rates are subject to change during holiday periods, seasonal periods, and special events. A two- or three-day stay may be required on the weekends, holidays and special events.
Your stay includes a full two-course breakfast every day. Each room is furnished with antiques, and has a private bath, a private entrance, and ceiling fans. The beds offer luxurious pillow-top mattresses to ensure a comfortable rest. There are televisions and telephones located in all of the suites and rooms. The inn is located within easy access to all historic attractions, and within walking distance of most fine restaurants, shops, galleries, museums, churches and frequent special events. We're always available to make recommendations and point you in the right direction! For wedding parties, please notify us in advance, as special policies apply. Deposit: We will hold your reservation with a credit card
Cancellation: We do not charge an advance deposit unless you reserve three or more rooms. If you cancel a confirmed reservation more than seven days in advance, we charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. For reservations cancelled within the last seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we charge for one night's stay if we cannot re-rent the room.
This is a No Smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted on the decks outside rooms and in specified locations on porches.
We welcome children over age 10.
Please add $25 for each extra person.
Pets: Our three Secret Garden rooms are pet friendly ($30 pet fee per night)
